1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories are still attached
  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Personal care items (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, hygiene products)
  • Undergarments or swimwear
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our support team at admi@juliashop.online within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. If approved, we will send you return instructions, including the return shipping address.
📝 Note: Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
🛑 Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is:
  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective or non-functioning
  • Incorrect (wrong item or size)
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at admi@juliashop.online with clear photos of the issue, and we will make it right at no extra cost.

8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, as we process and ship quickly. After that, cancellations may not be guaranteed.
