Welcome to the Julia Shop Affiliate Program!
By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview

Julia Shop is a global e-commerce platform targeting customers in the Gulf region, the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe
Our affiliate program allows you to earn commission by promoting our products using a unique referral link.

2. Commission Structure

 Affiliates earn a 10% commissionon the net product value only (excluding shipping fees and taxes).
No commission will be paid on:

 Shipping charges
 Taxes or customs fees
 Cancelled or refunded orders
Fraudulent or suspicious transactions

3. Payment Terms

Commissions will be paid only after the referred order has been successfully delivered and a 30, to ensure the item is not returned or refunded.
 Payouts are processed monthly, based on commissions from the previous period.
Payments will be made via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer, depending on the affiliate’s preference and availability.
A minimum payout threshold of \$10 is required before a payment is issued.
Any returns, cancellations, or chargebacks will void the commission or be deducted from future payments.

4. Tracking & Reporting

 Each affiliate will receive a unique tracking link and access to a dashboard to monitor:

 Clicks
 Conversions
 Earnings
Julia Shop is not responsible for lost tracking due to:

 Cookie deletion by the user
Use of ad blockers
 Improper use of affiliate links

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

 Use spam or deceptive advertising
 Promote unofficial or fake discount codes
 Bid on Julia Shop’s branded keywords in search ads
Use illegal, unethical, or misleading marketing tactics

Violating these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Brand Usage

 Affiliates may use Julia Shop’s official logos, banners, and approved promotional content.
Modification of branding or misleading presentation is strictly prohibited.

7. Relationship

This agreement does not create any partnership, employment, or joint venture.
Affiliates operate as independent marketing partners

8. Termination

Julia Shop reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.
Reasons include, but are not limited to, violation of terms, misuse of the platform, or unethical conduct.
 Affiliates may also voluntarily leave the program at any time by request.

9. Changes to the Terms

Julia Shop reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
All updates will be communicated through email or the affiliate dashboard.
