At Julia Shop, we are committed to your satisfaction. However, since we operate using a drop shipping model with global suppliers, our Return & Exchange Policy is subject to the terms below:

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The item is defective, damaged, or significantly not as described.

• Wrong item or wrong size was delivered by mistake.

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following:

• Change of mind or accidental orders

• Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer (please check sizing charts carefully)

• Sale, clearance, or promotional items

• Digital/downloadable products

• Personalized or custom-made products

3. Return Process

1. Contact us at admi@juliashop.online with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

2. Our team will review your case and provide a resolution within 3 business days.

3. If your return is approved, we will provide the return address (which may be outside your country) along with instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours (wrong or defective item).

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

• Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product or size, please place a new order after your return is processed (if eligible).

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, as we process and ship quickly.
